The Golden Rules of Skin Care

When was the last time you loved the glimmering look on your face? Was it long back when we hardly went out in the sun? Or is it now, locked inside? Maybe the latter one of course! Whatever be it, many times we struggle to get that pure, smooth, and glowing skin.


Well, while taking care of our face we all commit some inane errors which we must stop. We always go through thousands of videos just for the sake of clear skin. But let me tell you one thing, 'clear skin is a myth!' We all have got those small problems which infuriate our skin to the utmost and there are few steps which we should follow to get that ‘Healthy and Glowing Skin'.


So, here are the steps to all my lovely folks out there! Get ready not to commit these silly mistakes ever again,


1.    Avoid Cleaning Your Face After Waking Up: Never use any kind of products on your face after waking up. Just use regular water to clean your face. If your face is too oily then just use face wipes and then clean it with water.


2.    Always Use a good Sunscreen:

Never set your foot out of the house without applying sunscreen. One common mistake we do is not use sunscreen during winters. Sunscreen is not just for sunny seasons, it's for the winters too. In case you forgot; the sun shows up in winters too.


3.    Limit your spice intake:

Eating too much of spices and masala food affects your skin and thus give way for dreaded pimples and acne. Have boiled food twice a week and see the difference for yourself. I bet you won't be disappointed.


4.    Avoid going to bed without washing your face: Your skin works best when you are sleeping. Never go to sleep without giving your face a proper wash; even when you do not use makeup. Cleanse your face properly, then apply some soothing night cream, and thank me later for that sound sleep of yours.


5.Sweat it:

The more you let your skin sweat, the more it glows. Work out or even run, for a change. Do household course or anything that makes your skin sweat. It's good for the face as well as the body. It helps in the excretion of dead cells too.
